TRANS W. SHIPPING was founded in 2000. Over the past years, the company has developed dynamically and has become a fairly large crewing Agency, certified and operating under the ISO 9001: 2015 and MLC-2006 standards.

The company’s database contains a lot of registered seafarers of various Maritime specialists. At the same time, there are hundreds of seaman being on board who were assigned for jobs by the company.

We work with German, Norwegian, Cypriot, Hong Kong, Greek and other ship owners.

Our clients are very interested in highly qualified marine specialists, so they will be able to offer our seafarers competitive pay conditions and contract terms of 4-5 months.

Our Agency provides the following types of services:

Pre-selection of candidates in all Maritime regions of Russia and initial interview.
Checking the documents required for job on the ship as per rank, as well as receiving feedback on previous work of candidates in other companies.
Professional testing and testing of English language skills.
Preparation flag state endorsements, visas and pre-departure documents for seafarer’s embarkation on the ship.
Ordering uniforms and work clothes for seafarers and monitoring its implementation.
Control over the sending of a seaman to the ship and his return.

The company’s staff consists of experienced specialists, many of whom have previously worked at sea, who are well aware of the specifics of marine personnel work, or have been trained by shipowners.
